Douglas was extremely helpful with assisting me in navigating the Medicare Advantage Plan options.  While I thought I would be limited to HMSA, Kaiser and some of the other local providers, Douglas was able to introduce other large health insurance companies from the mainland.  His ability to put the options in a side-by-side comparison on his laptop made it very easy for me to choose which option was best for me.  Absent the side-by-side comparison, it would have been very difficult for me to compare the coverage benefits of each provider. 

Doulas was also very knowledgeable about the various plans and did not try to “sell” me one over the other.  He also made the sign up process very easy. 

I can honestly say that if Doulas had not connected with me, I would have ended up with a plan that would have had less benefits and  would have been more expensive.  I highly recommend Douglas if one is looking into Medicare Advantage Plans.
